We use this information only to operate the rewards program, confirm account access, maintain point balances, process reward requests, prevent misuse, and provide customer support.

Service providers

We use trusted providers, including Cloudflare and Google, for secure hosting and authentication. They process information according to their own privacy terms and only as needed to provide those services. We do not sell customer information.

Security and retention

Access to customer records is restricted to authorized administrators. We retain rewards records for as long as needed to operate the program, resolve questions, and meet applicable obligations.

Your choices

You may ask to review, correct, or delete your rewards information by contacting us. Some transaction records may be retained when reasonably necessary for program administration.
